I started playing saxophone at the age of 9 but I sucked. I picked up the bass in 1993 and played in numberous bands and (solo)projects ever since. Things got more serious when I joined/co-formed Sun Caged in 1999. In 2004 I started to study bass guitar at the Dutch Rockacademy in Tilburg. In 2006 I left Sun Caged and joined Delain till 2010. Besides my work as a performing musician I also work as a music coach for artists and bands and I also develope music related workshops, courses, clinics and masterclasses. I would also like to focus a little bit more on composing music and songwriting.
